Sundararajan joined AEP in 2002. His most recent position was President and Chief Operating Officer of AEP Ohio. He also served as Vice President of Regulatory Services, leading the AEP’s regulatory activities before 11 government committees and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). He also served as Vice President, Transportation Asset Strategy and Policy. General Manager, Transportation Business Strategy; Managing Director of Market Risk. He held management positions in treasury and corporate finance at the company.
Sundararajan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of TechnologyAnd the Madras, India.
